TRPD Celebrates Baseball Players Signed to College Teams
We have had a lot of excitement these past few months at TRPD as the following players have signed with college teams:
- Ryan King – Ryan has signed to Belhaven University. Ryan has been working with us since he was 12 years old. We are so proud of this deserving hard worker!
- Calvin Bush – This Commit to HitTM Process Graduate has committed to Texas State University! A hard worker from day one, he has definitely earned this.
- Nick Balley – Nick committed to the University of California San Diego (UCSD) in early November. Nick has grown not only as a hitter, but as a person as well. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for him!
The excitement continues with the overwhelming support we have received from parents. Hear from the parents of several of our players:
- “The coaches brought me to tears today. It has been a long time since I have seen coaches treat my son with such respect and dignity. Thank you. After all he has been through and how he has been treated in the past by other coaches and players, I am beyond happy to see the smile on his face.”
- “You will be happy to know that he has already told me that this is his favorite baseball season ever. You’ve all clearly made a strong impression on him!”
- “After playing with y’all this past weekend, I see the twinkle in his eye again. Thank you.”
- “One thing that I thought was outstanding this summer was that Trent and Scott went out of their way to bond with the boys. You did a lot for their confidence because they felt you genuinely cared about them. You did not have to do that and you did.”
