We offer movement based development to improve mobility, strength, functional athletic movement and speed. Most kids are limited by their functional movements, which impacts their ability to perform on the field. Through our training, athletes reduce the risk of injury, and improve overall baseball performance. We have a variety of options from 60 yard dash prep course, to speed and mobility prep course, to individualized plans.
